What happens if the product is damaged on arrival?

If the goods are damaged please notify us by e-mail or by post as soon as possible. We will then provide you with instructions on how to return the goods to us. They must be returned in their original packaging and bottles must be unopened.

Can I specify a delivery date?

Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate specific delivery dates.

What happens if the person receiving the bottle is not in when it arrives?

The recipient would be contacted by the delivery company and every endeavour made to redeliver the goods.

Can I specify /reserve an individual bottle number?

Imperial Tribute is bottled in only tiny batches, with each batch retaining a specific numbering system. Unfortunately, specific bottle numbers cannot be reserved.

Am I limited to the example messages?

You can either modify the example messages or create your own personalised message - the choice is yours.

How soon will my gift be delivered?

Quality takes time. In order for our craftsman to uniquely personalise your gift, we aim to dispatch your order within 5 working days.

How can I track my order?
